Yerr-Awys

Two Hysidian Wulp-Scout craft cruise towards the space anomaly known as 'Yerr-Awys', a unique stellar life form of gargantuan proportions. End to end, it measures approximately 1000 miles (just over 1600kms), with dozens of tendrils which can reach out up to 200 miles or more.

Whatever the origin of Yerr-Awys, the local Hysidians do their utmost to protect it from roaming scavenger tribes, as deep beneath it's rock-like surface, it yields a host of nutrient rich endophytes and other assorted proteinous by-products.
