A rogue faction from a forgotten race drift through stellar storms, harnessing the mighty bolts of lightning, and storing their immense power.

The 'Splinter Hub' is their Center of Power; a city-like structure, created out of old starships, junk, and whatever they could lay their hands on. Over time it has become a home to several thousand beings, whose past is murky at best, and whose future is a promise of war known only to themselves...
