The noise effect was an afterthought, as it looked a bit 'synthetic'. Glad you like.

I first thought that the grain was due to the AA-quality settings of Bryce.
The terrain is very typical for this program - the textures and bump-maps are nice, though.

It is quite difficult to get a nice terrain from Bryce. The grain was added later in Photoshop.
