Yet another exercise using Neil Blevins' panel technique (www.neilblevins.com/cg_educati…

I spent a bit more time and effort with this one, making it resemble a section of the Death Star from Star Wars (hence the title). I also used FilterForge filters to add little details here and there and added some lights to add to the realism of it.

Better part of 7-8 hours in Photoshop. Original image 2560x1600px
